Sixth District Elementary School

As we wrap up Hispanic Heritage month, we want to thank our staff, community partners and families. The following is a recap of the activities we implemented throughout the month. The FRC sponsored cultural snacks for Ms. Nannie in the library to distribute weekly samples to students. In gym they did cultural physical fitness activities. In Art the students made various cultural art work that is displayed throughout the building. In the Technology Lab we played an interactive version of our very own Sixth District Loteria!!  K-5 had a BLAST!!! We had a Hispanic Heritage Festival on September 19.
